Okay so about awhile ago i got the red rings of death,i turned it off for awhile and started playing again. It was playing like it was new so i decided to play with it until it officially died. Then about a week ago my younger brother messed with it while i wasn't here and i got the red rings again.Except i saw him repeatedly turn it on and then off acting as if the red lights were the coolest thing in the world.I though it was dead for sure, because i did the same thing to prove to him that it was dead because he was all like "dude its like so gonna work man" Today just for kicks i wanted to see if it was working.....and it turned on and played like it was new? I was like wow....i got the Jesus version of the 360...ya know the whole he died and came back thing.... anyways can you guys explain to me whats going on?

same thing happened to me.It will eventually die so you're better off calling Microsoft the next time you get the RRoD and setting up a repair order. Mine took 3 weeks from the day i called to the day i got a working 360 back. I was without a 360 for about 2 weeks since it began working a short time after i set up the repair and then went out again.
