my 360's broken

i bought my 360 3 months ago and its been prefectly fine till a couple days ago. i put in a disc and i heard a loud scratching and skipping sound and when i opened the tray the disc was still spinning.

HELP

prob need to send it in to MS to be fixed, but that in its self is a joke since they seem to be ignorin the faulty console complaints, ill be on my 3rd 360 tomorrow and if that messes up THATS IT!!!, but yea youl prob need to send it to MS or back to the shop you brought it for a replacment :)

If you bought it from a store,,, take it back there cos they should have a 12 month warranty on it! And if you do they could maybe swap it for a new one there and then... If you send it to Microsoft they could take ages, plus you have the postage worry!

be for u do that take the hard drive out and buy a new one to put in so u have ur memory and they wont take it back with out a hardrive or save all ur memory onto a memory card
