My account was suspended the other day because the credit card I was using to pay for Live was cancelled, and now I can't buy Live. Do I still need to call Microsoft to get the essentially non-existant credit card taken off my account, or can I buy a card from a store and redeem the code? I tried a 2 day trial several times and it said the code wasn't valid. I know I haven't used it before. So a question I have is, is the suspension temporary or until I get more Live?
yeah you better call M$ support... tell them about the problem and what you need to do to remove your credit card info and start using prepaid cards...
I had a problem too like that. My CC expired and i didnt pay the bill for 2 months my fault. My account got suspended i called xbox and they told me the problem, i gavbe him my new CC number he put it in and it worked like a charm. I was on live in about 10 minuts
you owe ms money, you need to call them up and pay the money via another credit card in a ceratin time peroid, if you dont your gamertag is gonedjrobst
No I don't, the money was paid at the beginning of the month. I buy monthly because at the start we thought it was only gonna be a limited time, but then it didn't.

You gave the support guy your CC number? I know they are supposed to help wit things like that but surely you could get them to let you do it.
