They're currently developing a Special Olympics game for Kinect. It should be out sometime next year. With it your dad should be able to push it to the limit, past the point of no return, reach the top but still he's got to learn how to keep it.

I dont think motion controls are made for people with dissabilities. Then they wouldnt be motion controls.

im not trolling....my dad had cancer in his neck and when docters were cutting it out they by mistake cut one of the cords in my dads neck which caused him not to walk anymore...Xbox360Gamer15

So your dad was in surgery to remove a tumor in his neck and in the process a doctor accidentally cut his spinal cord, resulting in your dad becoming a paraplegic, but only loosing his ability in one arm?

So far none of the launch games I spent would suit your dad but if he likes watching Zune movies, he's able to do that with voice command and all. Also if your dad really like playing video games, there's tons of games that doesn't need the Kinect or motion controllers.
