SO i was looking at the marketplace (trying out some demos) and i left the controller on my bed. Then i left because i went to get something to eat and when i came back it went from 0 points to 1000 points and my dog was laying on my bed..that suckerfish bought some points??!! damn pepper ...anyway yeah my credit card is connect to that account. my question is, is there anyway i can get my money back? because they make it sooo damn easy to buy points that my dog did it.

:lol: That is hilarious! I am not sure really?! I guess you could try calling MS and explaining to them, but I suspect that they will probably have a bit of a giggle at your expense as it is a bit of a "sorry I can't hand in my homework teacher - my dog ate it" excuse. :lol:

Try calling microsoft and say you bought points on accident, dont say your dog did it though. If that doesnt work you might as well enjoy some new games

you could just spend the points on stuff... also, I highly doubt your dog bought the points, unless the 360 was setup perfectly that all the dog had to do was press one button, otherwise than that, I think you bought the points and don't know what to do with them.

Maybe you should tell that story to Microsoft customer support. Perhaps they'd help you (i doubt it though, since they are from India and their programmed like robots)
