heres the thing i used to listen to my ipod on my 360 before it had the rings of death now i cant with my new 360 from microsoft

ijust downloaded that file for apple on my xbox marketplace and i was just wondering why my xbox 360 cannot find my ipod video not the classic or my brothers i touch (on my ipod video its show that dont disconnect and my brother's itouch it just says it is charging) so am i missing anything cause or could it be my usb cause it is from the itouch?

please help me!

so the only way to listen to music is to download them into a cd and rip it? ill guess that will do god damn microsoft!

my classic works with the optional media update try redownloading it but i dont know about the itouch my bro has one but hes never tyed to use it on his 360 before

i had the same problem. it was because i updated my updated my ipod. i reset my ipod then it worked again.

it also connects to a media center pc.... I guess you don't have that though

Yet another wonderful move by our friend micro$oft. They were thinking - hold on, Ipod is made by apple, the same company that makes Mac computers. Shortly after this they realised that Mac were their main comptetitors on the computer software market. Several minutes hard thinking later, they came to the conclusion that since they didn't own Ipod, they wouldn't be able to charge us for using one with the 360. Oh dear. I don't think 360 owners will be listening to music much any more...

Unless, of course, micro$oft manage to buy the rights to the Ipod, in which case, expect an 'Ipod - 360 Compatibility Port' to appear in the shops soon. RRP - $10000
