My magicka bar is stuck at the bottom and it wont go back up, ive tried taking potions but that dosent work and i prayed at 1 chapel and that dident work either, it says i have no deseases.
if you picked the atronech as your birth star you cant regain magika back you must absorb enemies spells. if thats not the case then maybe you got your INT stunted. in that case you must drink a potion to restore the stat
