PC people with no life found a way to mod it so the girls in the game were naked. and they changed the 360 to M tooTheBigTicket21i dont get how the ESRB can change the rating based on a user made mod and expecially on the 360 when it is near impossible to mod a game

When the ESRB found out about the nudity mod. They went back and completely re looked at the game.
They claim that there is more gruesome violence in the game than they originally thought, and that is how they justify changing the game from a T rating to a M rating. Wether or not this was really was the case with the rating change has yet and will probably never be known.

[QUOTE="Trickshot771"]I got mine the day it came out when the game was originally rated T. The older copies are all rated Tparshanboh is there a difference between the T and M version (like fix's or no glitchs) ? Nope
mines rated T too but its new i bought it like in the begining of january and it acctually was new and not pre played or anything pokekombatyou probably just got an old copy, my next door neighbor is a manager for Gamestop and I asked him, he said that last spring a few weeks after the game launched, the ESRB made all stores place stickers over the T rating on the outside of Oblivion packaging. About a month later they started getting copies of the game in with the M rating printed on the package. It is possible you just got a copy that has just been sitting on the shelf or in a back room for close to a year and never got a rating sticker changed. I was at Target the other day, and they had both versions on the shelf sitting right next to each other, and some kids mom was complaining about it to the guy working

Like people may think there are no differences in either of the versions, just because the 360 is a straight port, so I don't want to fight with someone trying to convince them otherwise. And yea, that is a difference I noticed to, and many of the dungeons are in different areas of the map

It's not very M-ish of a game. I mean there's not a whole lot of bad stuff. Call of Duty 3 is rated T. Oh no blood...should have known. It's just red stuff that comes out of your body, sheesh.camreeno360Its not just the blood, dude. It just has a lot of gore and can be disturbing at times, like the place you go on DB quests. The room beneath the lighthouse in Anvil is an example of this.

It's not like the differences were a problem for me, just that they are there, and can make things a bit confusing if you played one version before another.

yeah dude, its complete bs. i mean people should be able to buy a game and not have to worry about the ESRB changing the rating because of some user mod on the pc. if this goes on, can someone make a mod of barbie horse adventure to where barbie is naked? then would they have to change the game to a M rating? hahaha, its just stupid if you ask me.
