dont worry about it..... mine fell over several times (stupid brother) and it fell off of a table about 4 feet up (stupid friend) and it still works. Its surprisingly strong against falls, but weak agaisnt heat....
most times if a 360 falls over with a spinning disk inside, it will scratch it. It's part of life's rich tapestry. Ive moved from PC to 360 again cause im sick of computer faults atm.
