My xbox just RROD(legit question, not a rant)

So yeah my Xbox 360 RROD today at under a year old( made on 9/6/07). it was my second one which brings me to my question, Do you think I will have to pay the $99 charge for the repair.

HEre are my details: 1) It RROD's after about 5-10 minutes, 2) I bought my first xbox in May of 07 if that matters, and 3) my last xbox was sent in for disk drive failure. Now thats what i think will help you guys tell me if I need to pay the $99.

I will tell you know i am 17 and landscape for a job. Some weeks i only make $20 or $40 dollars ($60 is my highest pay[and yes i know that pay is horrible]). I have to pay for all my expenses in my household and in the next 2-3 months i need to save for: SR2, SVR 2009, and a new year of LIVE and as you see with my pay that would be a huge setback.

I kno but that doesnt get as much attention first and second not to be a arse but srsly why are you pickin on me, hundreds of topics fly by here daily with no one telling each other to look at the stickies
