It's already answerd, the play and charce kit is the problem. It keeps using power till it's charced and it's godo to see that somebody finally has a problem that isn't actually a problem. Just somebody that didn't read his/her manual.
[QUOTE="tony2077ca"]when i charge my controller i can turn it offtkemoryWell then you controller won't charge, its USB which means it requires the 360 to be powered on before any charge goes to the battery pack.
Not so. I have an external fan that I plug into the USB drive if I'm playing for more than about an hour and a half, and I leave it in after I turn the console off. The fan keeps going and the console is off. My friend charges his iPod in there when it's off too.
thats funny... your 360 is just letting you know that it's ready when you are, or it's possessed ! you may need to find out what happened to the original owner !! You may need to find an Exorcist to fix it.. it's quicker than phoning xbox support !
My xbox one just took 40 minutes to shut off. It also freezes up when I select an app and I have no choice but to unplug it. Audio adapter doesn't work half the time, have to unplug and restart it to get adapter to connect properly. As im smashing this reply out my x1 finally shut off after 40 minutes
