Im so pissed off I just got my 360 fixed too.nintendohater10
:( Unfortunately it seems like the only way to get your 360 fixed is to get M$ to just send you a new one. It's the only sure way to get one of the newer produced consoles that have all the little fixes that make these failures happen less often.Â
I've got the same problem with my box. It's the disc drive, it causes scratches on the games.
I live in the Netherlands and microsoft here just picks up the console at home (UPC) and delivers it back fixed within 15 days.
ofcourse! free of charge, no warranty needed.
Call the lovely people at microsofts home office. They'll know exactly what to do. Charge you 100 bucks for a fix and shipping. Only way my friend.thirteenthstep
Screw that,
I had the same problem with mine, its nothing to do with the xbox, its the disc itself, trust me, buy some disc cleaner or whatever and give it a good clean, it should be fine.
or demand a refund for it at your store, im over here in england and its our right to get refunds on faulty products, i dont know how it is in america/canada though
