My xbox.com account isn't the same as my xbox 360 gold account

I'm getting all these emails from from xbox.com that seem to know who I am (awarding me with the Fallout 3 theme for getting all the DLC) but I mistakenly created a new Xbox Silver account on Xbox.com. So now I have two xbox accounts: my gold account on my Xbox that I'm getting emails for, and a silver account which has no games or activity but appears to be the account connected to my email; that is, when I log in to xbox.com using the email address that's receiving emails pertinent to my Gold account, I get into the silver account that has zero activity.

I feel like I've scoured the website for a solution, but I haven't been able to find anything. Do you fine forum folk have any advice?

Not entirely certain what youre talking about,,,but fro what you have said it sounds like you accidently registered the accounts with the same address? I dont know personally I think this is something you realy shouldnt expect gamespot forum members to know.

I woud say xbox.coms customer support might be a bit better
