nba live 08 or nba 2k8?

should i get nba live 08or nba 2k8 and it was just my birthday couple day ago so i got a $15 gift coupon for use online at the ea store and i cant use it before the first of september so i will give the code to the first person that pm me and this is not a joke

Well, you can't really decide until they both come out. But, if you were to choose now, I would definately go with NBA 2k8. EA has been making horrible sports games. Now, there are people who are saying Live 08 will be totally different, but I won't believe it until I actually see it. EA has just had a bad history in making improvements on games. You would think that after making so many sports games, that they might actually be good at it.

2K8 but just in case ur not sure rent them or wait 4 the demos!

2k sports has been greater (quality) than EA Sports for a long time.

Even with Peter Moore now working for EA Sports now, I seriously doubt he will be able to have some positive headway into improving the quality of EA's product anytime soon (certainly not with any of their 08 products).

The only positive changes being enacted into Live 08 now are in response to the (class action) lawsuit EA lost to with the horrendously poor Live 07. Yes, they got sued, and the people suing won. That's basically the only motivator for EA to improve their quality anymore. :|
