The first review is out and it got a 9.3 out of ten! (TeamXbox) This reviewer gave last years an 8.5 and says that NCAA Football 10 is the best ever football game on any Xbox.

I usually pick up NCAA Football and this year's has me more excited than normal. Most versions have little improvements, but this one sounds like a big upgrade.

I think it will be improved as well, but I'm a NCAA Football fan and will only be picking up NCAA Football.

This has a bit of the same problem as Madden, which is the QB passing can sometimes get ridiculous. If the PC is on a 2 minute drill, just forget about it.

After playing the demo of it, I was stunned. For the first time in decades... an EA football game I actually *like* ? ALERT THE MEDIA!! No, seriously. For years...many, many years, I have hated EA's football video games. And yet in this one, it seems they'd actually got a game that is actually playable compared to the godliness of NFL 2k5 from 2k. For the first time sin ce they'd incorporated the hit stick, the face button actions actually work. Plays I choose actually work. While the on-field presentation isn't the same as what 2k5 had, with on-field reporters talking to players and the like, this is still far better than what any Madden I'd bothered playing before has ever had. And this was from a DEMO!? I feel a bit like AVGN in that moment he'd found one good bible-based game among the pile of crap he was playing through on the NES. Not perfect, but definitely further along than anything that's come out of EA for the last decade or two.

Almost everything I've heard and read about NCAA Football 10 has been very positive. That's a great sign!
