Jack is right... there should be a higher score for the 360 version because it runs at 60fps while the ps3 one only runs at 30. IGN said youd be stupid to pick the ps3 version over the 360 one.
from reading reviews, im not impressed with either one really. But one thing that bugs me about NCAA 2008 is i read there are NO Refs. How can you not have refs in a game? Who motions "First Down!" or "Holding on #75 Defense." Sounds kinda lame to me. I think EA is getting lazy. Oh and does anyone care about I-AA teams? I liked how the past NCAA football games had ALOT of schools. And to be realistic, most Big schools open the season against smaller schools. They seem to try to get realistic in some spots, but leave other parts out. i think both games look like rentals. If the game gets a score Under an 8.9 is just really saying you Might like the game or you Might hate it.
I bought NCAA a few days ago and I rented all pro today. Love NCAA and I'm looking forward to All Pro. NCAA's is fair, but I would prefer if it were bumped up half a point, which I feel would be more accurate.
So far the gameplay in All pro seems a bit "light" for me... it doesn't have the heft or the realism that NCAA has imo, but it's somewhat fun. I'm glad I bought NCAA though.
