Need an RPG

So i've moved on from my PS2, and ive had a 360 for about 3 months and now I have no Final Fantasy :(

Now I need a new RPG and i was thinking about getting either Eternal Sonata or Blue Dragon. I have the Eternal Sonata demo on my 360 right now, and I gotta say its pretty fun. I know Eternal Sonata got a 8.5 and Blue Dragon only got a 6.0, but id rather gets some opinions on which game i should get by people who have played one of them, or played both.

Both are good games.....but why not wait for mass effect!:)
