hey all, i have just started FO3, and am stuck :(.... i have entered the first city and have done the quest which involves difusing the aatom bomb, what should i do next? i try quests which involve long journeys and get PWNED by like AI enemy. Thanks in advance :)
Difficulty, you can adjust that? Anyhow, have to return to the guy who asked you to defuse the bomb? Talk to people in the town, lady in the supply place gives you a quest.
You can change the difficulty in the menu. It helps significantly because the game can be tough at times.

easy quests and how to rank up fast
There is no way to really rank up fast, you just need to do some exploring and fighting the enemies. Talk to the girl in the supply in megaton, she will give you a quest that will take you out and find other areas. Plus on the way you level up by getting XP from enemies and completing her missions. I recommend doing that one because that is the one I did when I first escaped the vault and it helped me get acclimated with everything. And you can turn down the difficulty like everyone else says. good luck its a fun game.
You can do a couple of more quests inside that city...
I started with the quest where you have to help the guy fix the pipes in megaton, then I did the one where you have to find out about your father at the saloon in megaton and then I started the survival guide quests with moira..that helped gain EXP and advance levels...
also..pay attention on how you develop your character, you might want to make him strong when fighting (small guns, medicine, etc) or anything that can help you..
