need for speed pro street.vinyls?

Ok if anyone has the game you'll no what im on about

ok, i want to know if you have to unlock some vinyl's? like the GR vinyl you see on the grip races when you persue to beat the grip king.

go on to Graphics and look at the vinyls 85-89

these have those arrows what the grip king has. (I just fond this out 1 minute ago!)
