Need help adding music to my 360

Well the title pretty much says it all, i want to add some music to my 360 from a USB flash Drive. I only want to do this because it takes forever to load it from the flash drive when trying to play the music during a game. i have looked all around the 360 and cant find a way to add the music, if i missed something please tell me. Thanks for any help in advance.

you can only add music to your 360 by ripping it off of a disc, you can play it from the USB stick drive but CAN NOT transfer it, it has to be from a disc.

You cannot add music to your HDD, you can only play them off your flashdrive
