ok so on thursday(3 days ago) i sent my 360 in for repairs, it kept freezing, and there were graphical issues(such as those random checkered boxes on the faces of people on gears of war) so anyway yea i sent it in, and they said itll get back in 5 business days. so since i sent it on thursday, it should come THIS thursday, but everytime i read some forums, it says like it came back in 2 weeks bla bla

so my question is will i actually get it back this thursday

i sent my 360 in twice and each time it took about ten days(to nyc from texas)...it might depend how far you live from the repair center

when i sent mine in they said it will take about 5 days but i ended up waiting for 2 weeks before i actually got it

I sent mine in last Monday, and it arrived today...too bad i wasn't home, so i gotta pick it up tomorrow. But, that took 5 business days...i'm happy with that:)

i was having the same problem with mine. it was gone for about a week and a half, but they sent me a new console back. so i'm not complaining at all

i sent my recently and it took about a week i thought it would of tooken longer. They ended up just giving me a new console.

I just wanted to know do they every give you a new console or a new used console?

when i sent mine in i sent it on a wed i think and they said 7-15 business days but it was back in 5. was pretty stoked about it. and they give you a new used one b/c thats what i got. they said they couldnt fix mine so gave me the one they shipped.
