I just cannot defeat RAAM on my own on insane and could really use the help of a complete pro at the blasted locust general. Can somebody please help me out cooperativley with this guy so I can move on in life. PLEASE!! I have a mic so you can just direct me on what to do like that.
dude you can do it, just hide behind that first brick and shoot him with snipe to take off shield then shoot with bowgun when he gets close to you he either goes left ro right to get to you, so ur go opposite side ehd oes and run to the other side, repeat till he is dead

but once the bowgun runs out his shield hardly ever comes off. am i best off using the sniper in this instance or a shotgun or lancer?

I done it with the sniper. It was the best way to deal powerful headshots. I find, at the start, RAAM sends the Kryll on you a few times on his own and you should constantly be popping him in the head when he does that. Then, when he is on his way torwards you, hit him with the bow, change weapon and pop him in the head. Its quite lucky if you manage to run to the other side without getting torn down by his turret or caught by the Kryll. Just keep trying and you will do it! It took me about 2 hours of solid tries to get past him. It felt so good when the death scene popped up though.
i skipped ahead and beat RAAM on insane using co-op. my friend and i both used torque bows over and over again. he never got the chance to advance. took maybe 1 minute.

if u play it co-op, have one bow shot take his shield off then u can both start blasting him with more torque arrows or sniper head shots. took me and a friend about 3-4 tries using that strategy. he died right as i was asking wat we'd do if we ran out of ammo :P

I don't consider myself a Gears of War pro. But I have played and beat the game 5 times now. Once in less than 3 hours. I have all the cogs, and know where they all are. But I don't play gears online so I can't be considered a pro. Campaign, I'm good at though. Oh and this goes for anyone. If anyone wants help on Gears campaign, hit me up on here or Xbox Live. Probably better to chat me on Xbox Live. I'm on all the time when i'm not working
I'll give you some help. When I did it, my partner had a sniper and lancer, and I had the torque bow and lancer. I would hit him with the bow and he would snipe him in the head with active reloads while I pumped him full of lancer fire. He didn't even reach our barricade. It took us two tries.
