Rainbow 6: Vegas
Splinter Cell : Double Agent (probably be able to get this cheap)
Dead Rising
Lost Planet (its short but a good action game)
FEAR
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

All excellent games but if you could only get one, go with RB6:V
