You can go online with the Arcade version, but IMHO if you plan on becoming an XBL Gold subscriber I would say a HDD is a must for DLC, demos, updates, etc. You will need a HDD in the future if you plan to use the online for gaming.
yeah thanks guys, reason i not splash out all my cash on a premium or elite, is i go to army next month...so just gives me something to do on rainy days then untill then!
