Need Help, weird Xbox LIVE message - Has Xbox LIVE been hacked?!!!

I logged into Xbox LIVE and I got a message from Xbox LIVE with the gamertag: TWDelete Sender

The message is properly formatted like a Xbox LIVE message with the logo and all.

The message reads:

"This message can only be read in the Xbox 360 Dashboard. To read it, start the game and open this message again."

What does this mean?
