Hey. If you want a name based around a gun i'm guessing you like weaponry in general? Artillery and other military vehicles have cool names, You could look into those. Examples are Harrier jets, AC130 A.K.A 'Spectre'. Cobra or Black Hawk (Gunships). Blackbird or Predator are others. As for gun names they are usually in model-format such as AA-12 or M16A1. On the other hand, Some guns have 'names' but not too many cool ones. Gamertags are usually made up of a mixture of a word of interest (eg. Guns/ Cars) and a 'Cool' sounding word, I like these gamertags the most. For example 'ShadowCobra' or SpectreFusion' they don't make much sense but sound kind of awesome :P I had this problem when creating my Gamertag. Hope this helped a little.

do NOT base it around a gun!!! under no circumstances! Microsoft are very sensitive about reference to guns on xboxlive (plus its in the terms and conditions that you arent allowed to refer to guns or weapons of any kind) and will likely suspend your account or even ban it...they have been known to perma ban straight away on occasion (i think it depends on the moderator) As for car references i wouldnt recommend those either, youre not allowed to refer to something thats copyrighted, for example the make or even just the model of a car.
CarGun41. It contains both of your major interests, a cool number, and it rhymes to boot! Just kidding- I know next to nothing about cars or guns. And if penpusher is right, you might try to soften the gun theme- Desert Beagle or something like that.
