Need help with microsoft RROD

Ok i got the RRod on my arcade console and iv only had it for about 5 months so i ring microsoft and they said they will fix it for free so i send it in checking reguarly on xbox supoort to see if they recieved it after 5 working days they finally email saying good news we have finally recieved your xbox i only live 2 hours away from the place you send it into sydney it should only take 2 days till they recieve it now its been 3 days and nothing happened they still havnt message me saying they have repaired or got a new console does any1 no what i should do because christmas is only 5 days away and i need my console back before christmas or it will be the most boring christmas because i got heaps of new games? plZ i need help
