Well mine is broke for sure, so I called Xbox and I am going to send it in to be repaired.
I have some questions about how exactly to do this...
The lady said I would have to write the tracking number or whatever she gave me on a piece of paper and put it in with the console inside the package. I'm not sure, but I thought she said I should write my name and address on this same piece of paper. Can anyone verify this?
Also she said something about writing my name and address directly on the box. Can anyone verify this also?
Help would be greatly appreciated from people who have done this before. Actually help from anyone would be appreciated haha. Thanks in advance.Â
