Need help with the last remnant on jorgens quest and to get heroic ramparts

i need help i don't know how or what to do to get heroic ramparts on my mapand also how or where do i find jorgens things to jog his memoryor how do i tell it's his if anyone knows the answers to these question please post here Thanks

There is the sword of rememberance and boots and belt....... Sorry i only remember where to get the belt. The belt is in athlum in the area where u recruit soldiers (not leaders) its the shiny thing, go straight and then make a left and it'll be right there as for the ramparts i thought it unlocked through the story might be wrong though
