so here i am with my 6th xbox 360 from microsoft. i know. im cursed. i love the 360 and microsoft to me has had great customer service but if i have to return it again should i try to get an elite or atleast the hard drive that comes with it for free from microsoft? because to be quite honest this is a load of BS that ive had to return it this many times in 2 years. thanks
maybe try getting them to throw in a live card, mean if you had to send your unit back that many times, you've lost a month or two of live i imagine, they should reimburse you (though i doubt they will)

No way microsoft will suffer!( they stole my cardbox :( )
if it happens again when you call in ask to speak with a supervisor directly. Tell him this is completely unacceptable and they need to compensate you for your numerous times you have had to send in your console. If you do it correctly you should be able to get anything you want (except a new console)
