Its not just "some guy" its the creater of Halo, and its actually in the game near the last terminal, just go left instead of right, rocket jump to the platform and jump to the left, and there he is. its no lie my friend.

Well, his head is there, its just that in some file share photos it gets cut off, its not cut off in mine. And its just an easter egg, something random in the game. Like on the Arc, After you kill that scarab, go up the ramp and kill all the sleeping and walking grunts without making any noise and you will see a Brute....doing a number 1. And on legendary, when escaping, there is a mongoose and two Brute Choppers hidden in the area....its just interesting stuff that doesn't change the game. Oh and there is also the return of the talking Grunt at the end of the level that makes fun of Master Chief.

yeah, its in the levelhalo in the same area where you find the last terminal. and its not head-missing

One time I tried to get back to it... it's a dang hard jump.... I didn't make it, but it is back there, seen it in videos and I think I threw a grenade back there and saw the outline of it from the place you need to jump from. Of course, I didn't make it back there so the light from my flashlight was too weak...

I think all that happened, or maybe I saw that in a video on youtube... can't remember, oh well.

EDIT: now that I read a fiew posts... I saw the outline using the replay camera, I forgot how I saw it but thats how. Obviously, you can't USE the flashlight in the replay FreeCamera, so I was just looking at a sillouhette, or howerver oyu spell it...

So yeah, look with the replay camera, you can see it sorta.
