If you are one of the millions that have xbox live and love to get high gamerscore then DONT DO THIS!! Do not listen to anyone who say they can glitch your account to get all the achievements in games such as " Gears Of War" Today I was on Xbox live and a guy started talking to me about how he can get me all the achievments in Gears Of War.I thought he was lieing but then I saw that he had all the gamerscore for Gears Of War. And he also had the Seriously acheivement which means you have to get 10,000 kills to acomplish it. I then checked his profile settings and saw that he had only had that specific account for 23 days. So i thought he must not be lieing because no one can get the seriously achievment in 23 days!! I mean Come on!! So i believed him and gave into the trap which resulted in me giveing him my email adress and password for my account. A half an hour later he logged off. I tried to go back on my account and it wouldnt work. He had tricked me. He stole my account. End of story. I then went onto my pc and got my email adress back ( he changed the pass to it) and ,very quickly, changed it on my xbox account.Yeah, i got it back, barely..So If you are smart and arent dum enough to fall for it.. Listen to this advice... I know it'll help.. Has Anyone else experienced this trap?
I tend not to trust complete strangers with important information. But yea I can see where people can get trapped trying to look for shortcuts when they should just be playing.
There are scammers out there my friend, but first off if you'd give a complete stranger your personal information, and I mean a complete possibly insane sexual predator stranger online for some achievement points, well you've got a little problem : p
But there are people like that out there, and trust people you know with that kind of tender information. Play the game, and have fun with it, don't worry about your gamerscore : (

For as long as there has been passwords there has been ppl trying to get them. Its a password for a specific reason. You just dont hand out ur passwords like its ur name. If you do prepare for a shocker...ppl will Lie as to what they are going to do w/ that password! Not sure how old u r, but I have 4 year old nieces who have more wits about them than u. GL in ur future endeavors.
I'll admit, it was rather naive and idiotic to give out his password to a complete stranger, but guys don't be so hard on the guy. He's learned his lesson, no need to bash him for his mistake.
No need to warn us... I'm pretty sure the majority of us are smart enough not to give out personal information. You only have yourself to blame. Our parents teach us while we are children not to trust strangers. Some of us learn the hard way. You should have known better.... no sympathy here - just use common sense!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone who had given this at least a moments thought would have realised this is not a sensible thing to do. Its like someone asking for your car keys or something.
Anyway if you want to get glitched a way to do it would be to set up a spare account and give out the password to that one to get glitched and then when you get it back you can glitch it yourself on to your real account.
I think you're taking a risk either way as MS could ban you if you get reported

Don't get my comment wrong, but in the 1st place, what does these kind of Achievements are worth ? I mean..., c'mon I love my Achievements because I did them myself, I "Achieved" them!, Countless hours of pixelated "work". I do love to stare at them once 'n a while, because they mean something to me, like a photo album or something. Never understood the "cheating for a number in fron of a gamertag" thing. But hey..., to each its own, if that rocks your boat...
wow that Is one of the dumbest things I have heard a gamer do.... and NO none of us have expirienced this because none of us are dumb enough to think the guy was for real
The part that concerns me is not that you gave him your password, ridiculous as that may be. Rather that you wanted someone else to get achievements for you.
there is a glitch that does give you all the acheviment point for gears its on you tube just search seriously glitch, and it does require someone else to do it for you
