I beleive you mean SKU. It's any new 360 with a 175W power supply, it should say on the box, but they've been out for a while now, and most that are currently in store should have the Falcon, and all now have HDMI.
They are claiming the Falcon chip has less than 10% failure rate, but since those consoles are only a couple months old it's still really early to tell if that's the case. I have one and it froze up for the first time 6 days after getting it. No serious problems yet, but I would hesitate to jump the gun and say they're "more reliable" just yet.
if you already have a Hard drive do what I did, buy the Arcade 360 which has the falcon chip 100% and is the cheaper consule. It runs real smooth, quiet, and cool. Go for it dude

my arcade is cool, but it doesnt run smooth or quiet... its loud as h***
