In next months issue of Game Informer, it has an article on the New Black 360. It will have a 120 gb hdd, a cooler prosesser, and an hdmi port (finally true 1080p) The cost will be only $479. Not a bad deal. Sorry if this has already been posted.
Uhh.. I was reading an interview Electronic Gaming Monthly with the guy who is in charge of the 360, and he says that no plans have been made to release the "zephyr." He didn't even know what it was.

I read that too. You never know, he could be hiding it, but I doubt he would hide it if it's supposed to come out in April.

Yeah. I have to admit I don't feel like I've bought a "premium" model of the Xbox 360 when a huge black lead stretches half way across my house. A clear 360 would be interesting.
do you think microsoft will offer a "trade in your old 360 for this fancy new one so your dont feel competly screwed for buying a system that has been replaced in one year" service to atleast get a discount
Note: when i read that it comes off as anti microsoft but i do love the 360
ehh... I'm not too excited for it. I don't have an HDTV so the HDMI is useless to me and I don't download movies either so the larger hard drive isn't that amazing either. If they had built in WiFi and didn't charge extra for it that would be something I would look forward too.
just because it has an hdmi port doesnt mean true 1080p buddy. and for the man that said 7 good games for the ps3 you should add final fantasy and assasings creede(both but still).
I would buy it alone if it was not hot (my current one heats my room way to much and I live in TX so...its insane) and if it was actually quiet. The noise level is awful on the original ones.

Yeah then we can SEE our discs getting killed :D Bad enough taking them out and seeing it. OOH imagine the process :idea:
nice your system just came out a year ago and you already need to buy something new haha...so now fanboys cant say ps3 is to much money when your gonna be droppin $800+ to get a new system a year later M$ really knows how to play its consumers good luck with that one

Im not gonna lie to you, but if its $479, for 30-40 dollars more, I'd rather get a PS3. It comes with Blu-Ray, HDMI, and "CELL POWER" & its some what upgradable.
Meh, its good news i guess for people who dont have a 360 with it. I luckily have one so ima not that concerned, the new expanded HDD is interesting but i manage to always have room on it with out haveing to delete anything important.
I have had my 360 since launch. I will buy this. I just got a 1080p 52" tv. My tv only does 1080p through hdmi. Plus vga is not true 1080p. Why buy a ps3 for a blue ray player. They are rushing out there movies and thier quality is getting lower than hd-dvd. Also, the PS3 is loosing all there exclusives. Ace Combat and Devil May Cry 4. The creator of Final Fantasy wants the franchise on the 360. And do not evan get me started on Metal Gear.
