I know you guys must get flooded with these all the time, but I am in need of assistance to help me decide on a new game to get. I tried to do my own research so I could avoid filling the forum with yet another post like this, but I am still undecided.

I was originally anticipating Too Human, but upon the seeing so many awful reviews and seeing the generally negative response among you gamers, it looks like I will have to rethink that. I don't want to spend $60 on crap after all!

Unfortunately, I do not have xbox live, since my fraternity house internet is spread among about 20 other people, making even connecting to xbox live impossible. To help you help me, here are the games that I own and play: Half-Life 2: Orange Box, Halo 3, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Vegas 2, and CoD4. Not a bad list of games, I know, but I am rather bored by all of them at this point. I have looked into Too Human (I love a good RPG, but it appears that this will disappoint me), Battlefield: Bad Company, and Condemned 2.

I can't seem to decide what to get. I don't need the single player game of the year here, just something to keep me entertained for a few weeks until Star Wars: Force Unleashed and Brothers in Arms comes out. I probably would have decided on Bad Company if I knew that you could player multiplayer game types offline with bots (like you can do with all the other Battlefield games), but I can't seem to confirm that. If anyone could nudge me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. I am, of course, open to any other suggestions that I may have missed. Again, I apologize for another drab "what game should I get post", but I searched around on the forums here, as well as gamespot.com and a few other sites, to no avail. Thanks in advance for any gaming advice!

You said you liked RPG types of game so why don't you consider the game called the elder's scroll oblivion. It might not be that interesting but it will somehow keep you busy for a few weeks
