New Ninja Gaiden???

Is there going to be another ninja gaiden game for the 360 anytime soon? i love Ninja Gaiden Black and i wanna know if Team Ninja is making a follow up to it. thanks

in an interview late last year w/ itagaki he stated that 1: he will continue to make games for the xbox 360 because it is his console of choice, and he will always stick by the xbox brand, and 2: he said his next game is going to be what everybody thinks it's going to be! we may see somthing at E3 this year if we are lucky, but don't hold your breath.wreak

I hope he sticks to what he said, because I have yet to play a Ninja Gaiden game and I've heard so many great things about it.  I can't find the originals.  :(

All I know of is Sigma for the PS3.  I don't know if Ninja Gaiden will ever be on M$ consoles again.njdss4

Yea there will be another on the 360. You do know a diff branch is making Sigma for the PS3 right? It's not the original guy, he's making NG for the 360 only (most likely). Another group of people, lead by a guy who worked close with the original guy, is making Sigma for the PS3. I think all those facts are correct!

 Sigma wont make it to the 360 because people can just go buy Ninja Gaiden or Ninja Gaiden Black.  Sigma is not even being worked on by the main staff of Team Ninja.  They just gave the rights to some other publishers to port it over to the PS3 and fix up the graphics.  Its still the same game.  I think they added the ability to play as the girl also.

ANYWAY, anyone know where to get hold of a copy of NG or NGB?  I can't find it anywhere and they are really expensive on Ebay.

 You can find used copies and even new ones on either Amazon or Half.com - pretty darn cheap, too.  Pretty much any game retailer online has a good chance of carrying it.

team ninja are still making games for the 360..not just for the ps3..expect ninja gaiden 2 on the 360 in afew years

Ninja Gaiden 2 is in development for 360 at the moment. idol46

Note that his confirmation of this doesn't indicate it as an exclusive, just that they'll release on the Xbox first.  If demand warrants, he may explore development on the PS3. I'd bet part of why Sigma is hitting the PS3 is to test the waters over there and see how it does sales-wise.

the people who are making sigma arent the same guys who created the first ninja gaiden on the xbox. they're the ones that are working on the next ninja gaiden and dead or alive's for the 360.

Not possible. Why? Because Sigma is just an upgraded version of NGB. The Xbox 360 will get a true sequel, as Itagaki has already said. Sigma has an entirely different team working on it.

0.o Did anyone read my post? Lol.

Anyways I'm pretty sure NG will stay Xbox exclusive, at least the main NG series. Maybethey'll make offshoots or spin offs for other systems, like remaking NGB for the PS3, but I'm pretty sure the series will stay at home... on MS's console. But then again... now-a-days it's hard to tell anything 0.o
