New RE5 Commercial (possible spoilers?)

I just saw the new RE5 commercial and I can't wait! It was about 1-1 min 30 sec long and it was amazing.

At the end, Wesker (who had appeared throughout the commercial) was getting ready to unmask a character from the past! I cannot wait to see where RE is going with this.

Who does everyone think it is (those that haven't played it yet)? Ada, Redfields sister, etc.?
