ok, i've had a 360 back in november and i remember everytime i would press the power button, it would kinda click...now with my new 360 which i brought yesterday, it doesn't do that click..its more like pressure sensative...is this happening to any1 else besides me?

or did these guys give me a refurbished x360?...it seemed new though so i doubt it..everything was wrapped and new so i doubt that ..but if they did i would like to know to return the thing..i mean it works fine though

My first machine would do that. Its not pressure sensitive, its just that the face plate is not contacting the power switch correctly underneath. the pins on the underside were shorter than normal and also the face flate wasnt lining up correctly. All i did was replace my face plate and everything went back to normal.

ive had mine since the 8th of augest and the only thing that clicks for me is the eject button but the power button doesnt do it. if it does i never have noticed it.

oh ok...is there a way i can just manually take off the face plate and try it out now? or do i need to bring it to a gamespot n let me them handle it there?

The faceplates are just snap ons. Just sort of pull it off. Worst case scenerio, go buy a new cooler one for 10 bucks.

lol damn just tried it but i feel if i yank it out..there goes my whole grill..i mean if its not a big issue and no one has had a problem with it, i'll just let it live...
