Well according to NeoGaf, On Twitter Phil spencer was questioned as to when the new Sakaguichi RPG would be announced for the Xbox one, Phil simply replied saying "Tuesday" In the past Sakaguichi has been responsible for creating the Final Fantasy series and being the mastermind behind the highly critically acclaimed Lost Odyssey, which was also an Xbox exclusive.

Now yes whilst subtle, he does imply that the RPG may actually be a real thing, that is in the works.
