Don't know, never really here too much about PS3s breaking. It seems to be a more durable system the 360. I would imagine its much less or is just not getting the publicity the 360 is getting as you still hear people saying their HDMI ones are breaking here and there. Though they do seem to be a lot better, a friend of mine almost never turns his off and its been working for months under those conditions so its safe to say some Falcon ones are pretty reliable.
[QUOTE="HoVDaHuSTLa1"]damn i just found out it's an Arcarde 360, are the results the same?joe11king
its exactly the same thing minus the hard drive and what-not. so yes.
oh ok sweet, i'm actually getting with as a bundle with the HD drive, so yeh basically I'm getting a PRO minus the shiny chrome disk trey.
Don't really think it matters.. there are certain things that cause the RROD its not really what alot of you are bringing up OH and no the ps3s don't break as much as the 360s I helped 2 of my buds get each one on release day and even reading forums on sites.. the percent change of a 360 breaking is at about 40% and the ps3s are about 9%, not to mension that there were less than half the recalls for ps3s than there were 360sTrogeton
A Microsoft employee leaked to the press that Pre-Falcon Chip 360s had a failure rate of 30% so its not 40.

The failure rate of the Falcon 360 console is less than 10%.
