So I just bought a new 360 and for some reason, while trying to create a second Live account the console froze after I accepted the license agreement. Also, the console happend to freeze once as I signed out of XBOX Live as well. I find this pretty weird. The console was bought on Black Friday at Best Buy by my cousins who brought it over to Canada for me. After checking the back panel of the console I noticed that it was manufactured in 2006. Should I call Microsoft and ask for a replacement? I'm pretty dissappointed I got such an old console despite it being apart of the newest available bundle and it really made me mad that it started freezing already. Any ideas? Help would be appreciated. d_eM_swow made in 2006? Yeah you should definitely return it or something
Wow, a newly bought console should not be from 2006. I think your cousin did a little switcharoo on you. That means it does not even have an hdmi port. BastardlyRhyme
I agree. Something doesnt sound right about this.
Like the others said, it sounds like your cousin kept the real newly bought 360 and switched it with an old one.
You can open the box and bags without damaging anything at all.
