Dude, I can't just name one... Fable 2, Too Human, Banjo-Kazooie, and Gears 2 all look amazing!

between those choices (other than "other"), i'd say Fallout 3.

otherwise, Resident Evil 5 and Soul Calibur 4 is where it's at for me.
