Captain Price has survived through WW2 and through Modern Warfare, so i think that Price would win. Plus Captain Price is just so much cooler than Niko.
Price without a doubt. Gangsters think they go through hard times and that their hood is hardcore but it doesnt compare to war. No matter what some gangster tells you, they are full of it.

uh, I'm pretty sure Zakhaev shot Gaz, then some russian was doing CPR on Price. If he survived WW2, I think he can survive that.
This is a really weird versus to put up but I'd say Niko would win. He would find a really gruesome and disturbing way to take Price out and he wouldn't have a care in the world.
Niko by a long shot. Pressing left on the D-Pad gives Niko a pistol, shotgun,SMG, rifle, Sniper, Rocket Launcher, and grenades. Plus price is old and niko can drive a car, boat, and helicopter. Price can't. Price can't swim i thiknk too lol.

If I remember correctly, When the russian was doing CPR on Price. He smashed his fists on his chest and curses because he couldn't revive him.
