we'll see, but the creators said that they made some game difficulty mode so the casual gamer and the hardcore gamer can enjoy this game.

i remember the old ninja gaiden (NES) used to be freakin hard, never played the ones for xbox1 perhaps will try them out

Dude ninja gaiden is sweeeet. Its great to see it coming to the 360, as most of the big games are shooters. Finally an action game!!!! OHHHHHH YEAAA! Btw ninja gaiden is awesome and if its too hard you can cry to your mommy or man up and deal with it!!!!!

Yeah it's hard at first, but then it'll just click and you're good at it.

lol ya ninja gaiden on xbox is quite a test, i took 4EVER to beat that game in the hardest difficulty!.... probably one of the, or THE hardest game from last gen (since i think x360, ps3, and wii arent ''next gen'' consoles anymore), but i liked that, its been a while since ive played such a hard game and it stays ture to the first ninja gaiden games in terms of difficulty cuz the snes ones were hard as hell also...

but damn whoever hasnt played ninja gaiden on xbox should go buy it NOW, easily the best xbox game, hell probably one of the best games from last gen, its a must have like GeOW or bioshock!... and ninja gaiden 2 will easily be one of the best x360 games if they dont screw it up IMO i hope they continue with these current generations ninja gaidens, the first one was so amazing...

It's not really that hard. You just have to actually learn the moves instead of button mashing. Once you get a technique down it's pretty easy. Most of the people I've talked to who have said it's hard never really took the time to study the moves list and try to make good combos. It's alot like a fighting game actually.

While I didn't really like the game (Im not much of an action game kind of guy), I do now that you just really need to block, attack, block, roll, and attack, and then repeat this process. That sums up a lot of the combat, which makes it too repetitive for my liking. Early encounters were cool because most of your moves were effective, but it just gets too much of the same thing for me.

That might work early on, but later (espc. on hard mode) blocking, rolling and attacking doesn't cut it, you really gotta act like a ninja and use your whole pallet. But again it comes back to people getting frustrated because they don't learn how to effectively use the abilities properly, guess that could translate into it being "hard" for some people.
