No one excited about Alone in the Dark???

Wo, I don't really see the connection here except they're all shooters on the 360 and AITD is not... well it's your POV. I think it's more a mix of RE4 and Silent Hill meets HL2 physics and GoW graphics

This game is looking top notch. And now that Phil Harrison is at Atari, we can expect to see great things.

RE went the shooter direction, which kinda sucks, but is totally awesome in a total carnage sort of way.

The silent Hills went downhill.

First one was the best, then the second, then the third, then the fourth, the 5th better dominate or the series is cooked.

I have some worries about Alone in the Dark, I dont exactly trust atari, with all its money issues.

I liked the first game, but then it sorta went downhill for me, can't say I'm excited even after the trailers on xbox live.

With games in this genre I can't help but compare them to resident evil 4, and only silent hill IMO rivals the RE series.

Well there's 3 "What is the best XBOX 360 shooter" threads and other uninteresting posts on first page but I never saw anything about that game before I saw the trailers 3 days ago. And Dead Space looked cool from the first trailer, haven't saw anything since then. I'll check out the marketplace. But with EA I'm sure there will be some Avril Lavigne or Fall Out Boy musical horror in the game; the kind of horror I'm really afraid of

Looks like the game will have various types of gameplay; here it's a rope-swinging level splinter cell type. The physics look very well implemented and that explosion was awesome. I read somewhere that there will be some driving too, logical since Eden Games made Test Drive Unlimited. We'll be able to do stuff like piercing the gas tank, driving in a crowd on creatures that you just attracted with a blood, get out of the car before ramming them and then lighting the trail of gas. But the enemies have been hardly talked about; hope there will be some variety in the creatures you confront
