No one looking forward for Alpha Protocol?

Today while browsing many topics i noticed a few times where people said they were surprised that no one talk about Alpha Protocol so i'm giving it its own topic. :P

Anyway, who else beside me is looking forward for it? From what i've seen it looks like a modern mass effect with all the skills attribution, guns, upgrades for guns, armor, etc, etc. I can understand why no one talk about it, its coming October 18 or, should i say, 2 days before Borderlands. Aside this there's many many good releases coming in a close future so there's many games that looks promising that seems to be left in the dark.

Thoughts?

ill check it out now and see if its any good but to me nothing will stop me bying borderlands

I've been looking forward to it for a long time especially after it got a little previw in Game Informer & they described it as a Mass Effect in a modern setting. Alpha Protocol is 1 of 6 games I have already preordered & paid off.

It should be. Obsidian makes decent length games.

I am, the makers of Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 will deliver, as long as it doesn't have a lot of technical problems.

I'm curious about the next video they'll post they say its gonna show more of the world. That got me even more curious about this game lol.

I'll buy it when the price goes down, looks great but I have WAY too many more games to buy, and I just bought College Textbooks, so I am really strapped for money at the moment.

The game looks okay at best. It might be a rental in my opinion.

Somewhat interested...seems like it might be fun, if it's complete. I'm still a bit annoyed the KOTOR II got so crappy towards the end with cut quests and the storyline kind of unravelling. NWN2 was ok, I guess...Planescape: Torment was da BOMB!!

I think that alpha protocol looks too much like the splinter cell games but I think it will b cool

As for what's new in Alpha Protocol, I can't say that there is anything beside the choice to do things your way. But other than that I don't see much that's really that innovative or different. It kind of reminded me of a Hitman game with a little more leniency.

Doesn't look like anything special to me.

I want it but did they ever fix the floating gun on his back? Seriously everytime I see that I laugh.
