Not many Multiplayer games coming out?

So i was just thinking of how many co-op or multiplayer games are coming out...and i reallycouldn'tthink of any. splinter cell conviction may have multiplayer but what other games have it that im am missing? oh brink has like 8 player co-op

Modern Warfare 2? I think that one is just a pretty big deal that you can't really neglect.

to hyped and i dont like COD games...and if thats all pretty bad year for multiplayer games.

Rainbow six 1 & 2 has co-op

a lot of the games that are coming out have very strong multiplayer components

Crackdown 2

Halo ODST and Halo Reach

just to name a few off the top of my head trustm e man theres a lot of multiplayer games coming out

APB may be nice L4D2 seems like a 60 doller DLC and halo is in the same boat as COD

crackdown2 may be good if they ..ya know...add a story?

Sports games (as a generality)

Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires (You didn't say spectacular games)

Section 8 (FPS, I'm sure it will have multiplayer)

Ultimate Alliance 2 (great multiplayer game)

Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Halo: ODST

Left 4 Dead 2 (almost specifically multiplayer game)

Bioshock 2

Battlefield: Bad Company 2

That's all the ones I saw that I KNOW or am 99% sure will have multiplayer based on the New release list. Some GREAT multiplayer titles in there.

sadly only a hand full of them will have multiplayer that will be memorable. but i guess im lookin for something like gears 1 were people play that 5-6 years after release?

Your best bet is to stick with Gears. There aren't many memorable experiences like that in the Multiplayer world if you don't like the fast pace of COD or Halo. Try Left 4 Dead 2. I hear the game is incredibly fun and changes every time you play it.
