When I am online, the majority of people I run into are blacks. Cause I play NBA2k, Saints Row, Graw2, and others. i know all races be on these games but, there are more black people on those than when I play GeOW, or I hear alot my race don't play Oblivion. I know different people, different minds. But don't you think we involuntarely think alike with our races? When I played Rainbow 6, a majority were white. Alot of black people say Graw is better. Alot of black people would rather play sports titles than RPGs. I am not just spitting out non-sense, I seem to notice this after looking at my game library and my friends list and noticing"Hey", all my Black friends have Saints Row. Each 1 of them. But all my white friends play Test Drive Unlimited with me. I asked all my black friends to get test drive, they said no. I ask my white friends to get NBA, they said no. Is this just coincidence?

i think game experience has more to do with taste than anything, though someone from a rough gang life may like gta and stuff more, not saying one race would have more of that than another.

No I didn't and I don't. I was a 2K fan. I love change in my games. Madden is to much like watching your fav show. You watch it for years then it start to get boring cause you can say every line. That is Madden.

Well, I guess the fact that like 98% of the NBA population is black and maybe that every single NASCAR driver that ever lived has been white (far as I know) could have something to do with that.

I mean it is not a serious issue. It was an observation. I didn't say ALL blacks just the ones I have gamed with. The only logic is the games I have, looking at who I play and when I play Lost Planet, I play with mostly white people. And when I play lets say, Forza at my friends house, I play mostly white. I don't see them playing. They might be but it is not like Saints Row when every game has a couple in the room. I was thinking we(Black people) like sports, Gta type games and once in a blue moon a army game. I am not stereotyping cause I am not putting any race down for it. I t's like saying what another poster said, it's like music. Thats all

I am not talking about what is not liked, I am talking about what is favored. i like all games. i am a gamer since the 2600. I had every system that was massed produced except the Wii and PS3.I played and will continue to play it all. I am ujust talking about the gamers who have 1 or 2 games and what they favor. Like I said, there are all races on all games. It is just certain games have more of 1 race. I am not saying all black people love Madden and hate Hockey. that is not true. i am saying , you will see more blacks playing Madden then you would playing Hockey.Kevondadon

I don't really think race has to do with taste in games... I'm bi-racial(Mexican and white) and I like pretty much all genres except RPG's, RTS, stuff like that.-Halftime-

I hate the way people talk about race in a seperation stand point. All minorities want to be treated as equals yet they are always the ones to bring these things up. And comedians are the worst. I cannot think of a single black or hispanic comedian whose performance dont revolve around the color of their skin.

Same with hispanics, I'm hispanic and I pretty much can't stand any spanish music.(Mainly cus I don't speak spanish lol)

My favorite genres of music are hip hop, and Soul. There's little to NO hispanics in these genres yet they're my favorite... Like I said race ain't got anything to do with your music taste...
