Oblivion expansions worthwhile for gamers with ADD?

I wanted to know if it is worth while to get the expansion packs if this is for someone who doesn't have very much time to play, or much of attention span to play the same game too long, or if the game should be purchased at all for a person like this.

if you can play through the original game, then you can play through the expansions

My friend has ADD and can get through it quite well, so it really depends on how short attention is.

Shivering Isles was better than the actual game in my opinion. It takes a long time to beat, like the original game.

I spent 120 hours in the original and still never completed Shivering Isles. The other smaller DLC is worthwhile too, especially Knights of the Nine, but Shivering Isles is the best IMO. Worth whatever they're charging these days, which can't be much. I think I saw the entire GOTY edition on sale for $18 the other day...
