Oblivion, Gears of War, or Bioshock?

Hi guys. My friend is going to buy an Xbox 360today, but he can't decide what game to get. He likes RPGs and Shooters equally, so he can't decide. He asked me for advice, but Icouldn't decide either, lol. Anyways, I was wondering if you guys could help. What should be buy?

If he likes both RPGs and shooters Bioshock sounds like the way to go.

Id stillwait for Halo 3.

I dont have bioshock but oblivion and gears are great

so the real choice realy is, you can buy the best shooter out there or, the best RPG out there,so basicly it's if you want a shooter or RPG.

i have never played bioshock and can not relly comment on it. but i have played gears and oblvion.

gears is really good online. the campain is good but my game broke right after i started it so i dunno how long it is.

oblivion is a really good game i loved. thier is so much you can do. i have over 500 hours on it. the world is huge and thier are a lot of caves and stuff scattered throughout the game. i would suggest oblivion always.

Man, thats a very hard choice.

Those 3 games are actually the top 3 best reviewed 360 games.

I wouldnt' get bioshock first, just because there is no online, and campaign is like 14 hours. Although it is a great game.

Gears of War is incredible, I must have 400+ hours on it. I replayed the campaign like 40 times, and I have beenhooked on the Multiplayer for months.

Thing is though, its only really fun on Co-op campaignor online multiplayer, single player campaign sucks.

Oblivion will give you about 70 hours if you want to complete the campaign and a few quests along the way, There is sooo much to do, but It couldnt hold my interest for more then 100 hours. Still a great game.

Its too hard of a choice, any of the three would be good.
